I am so excited for the 4th of July Holiday weekend. The weather is supposed to be perfect Maine weather! HORRAY! Here is my page created to welcome the holiday weekend!

Lil Rascal

Jacob loves to play outside! He loves to just run and jump and hop! He loves to roll down the hill in our backyard! I was able to quickly catch him looking up at me! He doesn't really like my camera, so whatever good photos I get of him are pure luck! I really like this one! He is so happy when he is rolling down the hill in our backyard! I love to catch him on camera when he is happy!

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary to my very loving and caring husband! I love you more today than I ever thought possible! Thanks for allowing me to be me, while gently reminding me every once in a while what is important in life! I love you!

A Rainy Weekend......

It has been raining a lot lately and we haven't had much of a chance to get out and snap some great shots, so I am trying to get caught up on some of my layouts! Here is one from a great day!

Lovin' the Summer!

I am having so much fun doing my layouts now that the good weather has arrived!!! It is so much fun taking photo outside!!!!

I *HEART* Summer in Maine!!!

I am so glad that Summer has arrived in Maine! The last couple of days have been glorious (some would say downright hot) but I think that it has been wonderful!!!! I am so happy to be able to go out to play with the boys! Here is a layout of just a small glimpse of the fun we have!!!!

Childhood Memories.......

I don't have many photos from my childhood. I did have school pictures taken every year and there are pictures of holidays and birthdays and such......but none of everyday life. My guess is because of the cost of film and developing. My children are very lucky that way! I always have a camera of some sort with me.....be it my Nikon D7000, my Sony Cybershot or my iPhone. There is very little of my children's life that isn't documented....the good and the bad! LOL Many years ago I took the childhood photos that my Mom gave me and traditionally scrapped them. I am a bit regretful about that now....but thanks to the invention of the scanner....I am on a mission to digitally scrap my childhood. Here is my very first page!!!! I decided to begin here because my kiddos saw a commercial on PBS this morning for Story Land. I wanted to show them pictures of me when I went to Story Land as a child....in 1982! LOL

Our First Visit to Two Lights State Park 2011

We love to visit Maine's State Parks. Two Lights State Park is one of our very favorites! When we visit it all the world seems right! We had to much stuff to do around the house this past weekend that we were very busy.....Sunday afternoon I decided that it was much too nice of a day to be working around the house! We packed up the kiddos and headed to Two Light State Park. We love to walk on the paths, play on the playground and climb on the rocky coast of Maine. It was a beautiful sunny day......one we truly enjoyed!!!!

My Little Babies

I have been throwing around the idea lately of doing baby books for each of my boys. There have been some awesome baby boy kits out lately and I really have wanted to use them! My dilemma has been......which boy to do first! So, I decided to do my first page of all 3 of them on the same layout! All 3 of these pics were taken in the hospital, so they are the same age in each of the photos. I had a lot of fun doing this layout! I think that I might try to do more pages like this!
